I've been able to correct this by creating the table in Word, saving that doc and then adding it into DOORS as an OLE object. They aren't placed into the Word document as a table, just text separated by tabs. They show up fine in DOORS and I can edit them easily enough, but when I try and export the module to DOORS as a final document, the tables lose all of their formatting. My DOORS module has a couple of tables that were copied from a Word document into a single Object.
